What helps to make Grafton Bethel such a GREAT place to be? Our community volunteers! Grafton Bethel PTA takes great pride in its tremendous family of volunteer support. You can really make a difference!
We hope that the following information will help you find a role and answer your basic questions about how to join in Grafton Bethel’s volunteer effort.
Volunteer Opportunities
We are always looking for volunteers for events throughout the year. If you are interested in volunteering for one of our events and/committees, please contact us so we can connect you!
Our Grizzly Getaway habitat gardens provide a unique opportunity for hands on learning in the outdoors. All our Grizzlies love the space, and it is entirely maintained by volunteers. Our gardens are the largest school gardens in the county, and we are blessed to have such a wonderful space, but we need volunteers to help keep it in tip top shape. We welcome green thumbs and black thumbs alike. Supervised children are also welcome. This is a great opportunity for middle and high school students needing volunteer hours.
Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11 our helping hands committee meets in the cafeteria to help with lamination and class materials prepartion. If you can weild a pair of scissors and like to chat with fellow GBE grownups, this is the place for you. Alphabetizing skills are a bonus! Interested? Email us with any questions, or just show up on Wednesday mornings.
