We are excited to kick off our 9th Annual Walk-a-thon! This event is our single fundraiser for the year and donations raised provide 75% of our PTA operating costs for the school year. These funds are used directly to benefit students and staff at Grafton Bethel Elementary School, as well as our community. 


Funds from our Walk-a-thon support the following and much more:

·Grizzly Gatherings (Trunk or Treat, Turkey Shoot, STEAM Night, Movie Night, BINGO Night, Earth Day Fun Run, and Family Fun Night)

·Teacher Appreciation and Grants

·Outdoor Beautification (Outdoor Classrooms, Habitat Gardens, Story walk)


Our Goal is to raise $30,000 to make these possible.


How to Get Started Raising Money:

·For Families with more than one student at GBE: You have the option of creating a family page. When donors give, the funds will be evenly split between your students.

·Employer Match: Some employers will match your personal donations, please check with your HR department to see if your employer participates in this program.

·How to Donate: Online, cash, and check are accepted. Make Checks payable to GBE PTA. Please send cash/check in envelope labeled with your student name, teacher name, and “Walk-a-thon.” (*Checks that do not clear are the responsibility of the student’s family.)

Prizes can be earned both for donations earned and laps run on the day of the event. Any student who registers and collects at least $10 will be automatically entered into a daily raffle to win prizes donated by some of our amazing local businesses. See the prize calendar for more details.
